A: Every new member begins with a free intro session. We learn about your goals, movement history, injuries, lifestyle, and schedule, then recommend the best training option for your needs.

There is zero pressure and zero obligation. The goal is to help you understand what approach will deliver the best results for your body and lifestyle.

A: Lionheart is not a big-box gym, bootcamp, or generic group fitness studio. It is built on a coaching-first model with personalized programming, expert movement coaching, and long-term accountability.

The approach is rooted in evidence-based strength training and progressive programming, which means safer training, better results, and more sustainability.

A: Yes. You do not need to be in shape, athletic, or experienced before you start. Lionheart works with beginners, busy professionals, and people returning to fitness.

A: Yes. Small group strength sessions are coach-led with a maximum of three people per trainer. Every client follows their own customized program in a motivating small group setting.
